1. Terms and conditions validity

The owner of the online store (hereinafter referred to as the online store/webshop/webstore) is a company Lehmani LLC (registry code 12549317), located at Estonia, Harju-Risti 76002

The conditions of sale and delivery apply to purchases of goods from the online store. Lehman LLC reserves the right to change the online store(e-shop) terms, conditions and prices.

2. Prices

The prices of the products are in euros € and the prices include the 20% value added tax in force in Estonia.

The delivery fee in accordance with the delivery method chosen by the Client in the course of formalising the order is added to the price of the products. The manner of delivery will be chosen and the delivery charge calculated in the basket.

 The costs of sending the order pays webshop, depending on the value of the order, the shipping method and country. The delivery charge depends on the buyer's country of residence, the location, the type of delivery and countries that do not belong to the European Union, must take into account the inclusion of import and customs duties, which must be paid on the arrival. These duties and taxes are paid by the receiver of the parcel.

As the tax and customs policy may vary greatly in different countries, we recommend you to turn to the local customs or tax board’s representation for additional information. Please contact your local tax office or the customs office.

3. Shopping bag and how to order

Add the desired products to your shopping cart to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping and payment method to complete the order. To purchase the item, click on “checkout”.

Foreign country delivery charges will be displayed to the buyer ordering. Then the bill will be sent to your e-mail address.

The Agreement shall enter into force from the amount payable to the bank account of the receipt webstore. The order shall be confirmed as of this moment.

Then webshop will deal with your order as soon as possible and expect to dispatch it within 7 working days after the confirmation of the order. Further arrival time (To get the product to the customer) depends on the postal service provider or services. During holidays and sale periods the delivery times may be longer than normal. 

 If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.

4. Types of payment

 Invoice is sent as an e-mail to the Buyer. Invoice is payable within 5 days from placing the order/invoice issue date. Order will be processed when 100% of the order total has been transferred to Vendor's bank account. The order and invoice are voided automatically in case the payment has not been transferred to Vendor's bank account before invoice due date. In that case Selling by invoice must be chosen and the amount be paid into Vendor's bank account. 


5. Delivery and prices

Web Shop fulfills orders, and complete the order as soon as possible after the order has been confirmed or after the receipt of the money to the bank account of Webstore and provides product order (parcel) post service provider no later than 2-7 working days. Product / order arrive to the customer depends on the postal service. Transportation cost depends on the amount of the purchase, delivery mode, location. Orders are delivered by the Customer ordering the selected address, the parcel machine, post office, or pickup / parcel terminal point.

The shipment is deposited at the post office within 14 calendar days, delivered to parcel terminals 7 days after parcel received. Thereafter, the stack is returned to sender.

Order dispatching costs pays webshop depending on the value of order, shipping method and the location of the country.(Table 1.)

The Buyer receives a message about the dispatch via SMS or e-mail with the door code.

 The shipment is deposited at the parcel terminal within 7 calendar days, after parcel received. Thereafter, the stack is returned to sender.

Omniva parcel post-Orders are delivered to the corresponding post office location to the address selected on the order. You will receive a note from the post office about the parcel arrival. If you go to the post office the parcel, please take with the notification including the identity document ID card, passport, driver’s licence. The shipment is deposited at the post office within 14 calendar days, Thereafter, the shipment returned to sender.

Omniva, DPD courier Baltic,Europe-Orders are delivered to the address on the order.

Delivery time is arranged by the courier via phone number given at the time of placing the order.

Ordered items will be handed over only to the person marked in the order and upon producing a valid ID. Items are given to the Buyer with the delivery order. Before signing the delivery order, the Buyer is advised to check the order package for external damage and to make a note of it in the courier's delivery order. When the Buyer wishes to get a replacement for the courier damaged package, they must contact Vendor at

6. Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the e-store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.

To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the ordered goods in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way you would be allowed to test the goods in an actual store.

If the goods have been used for any purpose other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if there are any signs of use or wear and tear, the online store has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.

 To return the goods, you must submit a declaration of withdrawal (the form for which can be found here: ) or send to the e-mail address  within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).

The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the declaration of withdrawal or submit evidence that they handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store shall return to the purchaser, immediately but no later than after 14 days, all of the payments received from the purchaser based on the contract.

The online store has the right to refuse to make the refund until the goods being returned are received or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the products, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has clearly chosen a different form of shipment than the cheapest usual form of shipment offered by the online store, the store is not required to compensate the cost exceeding the usual shipping cost.

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand that the goods be returned by the purchaser if the marked price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.


7. Submitting a complaint, defective goods, settlement of disputes.

The online store is responsible for the non-compliance of goods sold to a purchaser with the terms and conditions of the contract or for deficiencies which already existed at the time of delivery and which occur within two years of delivering the goods to the purchaser. Within the first six months of delivery it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. It is the online store´s responsibility to prove otherwise.

The purchaser has the right to turn to the online store within two months of the occurrence of a defect by e-mailing  or calling +372 52 74 644 ; +372 56 810 350.

 The online store is not liable for any defects arising after delivering the goods to the purchaser. If goods bought from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store shall return to the purchaser all of the payments involved in the contract of sale.

The online store will respond to the consumer´s complaint in written form or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.

 If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. Resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.
